Ramsland Law is founded and operated by Jason Ramsland.

Since 2010, Jason has been working hard to help employees. He’s helped employees escape from oppressive non-compete agreements, recover years and years of unpaid overtime pay, get back wages that were stolen by employers, and helped bring justice for the victims of discrimination because of race, age, disability, and sex. He has helped to protect employees from sexual harassment and retaliation. And he has protected employees’ rights to care for themselves and their families using the job-protected leaves of absence provided for by the Family and Medical Leave Act.

The firm’s value’s stem first from this: “You shall not oppress a hired worker who is poor and needy, whether he is one of your brothers or one of the sojourners who are in your land within your towns.
